Hi Bill, See the following website for Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA): http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/comm-eng.html#_s1 If the motorcycle is going to be plated and driven on the roads in Ontario then it will have to meet the Ontario motorcycle standards. I know people that have bought motor vehicles in NY State and brought them back to Ontario. At the border they had to show a valid bill of sale with VIN number etc and the price will be converted to $CND then you will have pay 13% HST on that price. Now since you are a non-resident you may not have to pay the HST. The CBSA folks will answer all your questions.
