I have been for the past four years putting together a I. H. skid steer model 3200 loader with a Wisconsin air cooled engine. So people have told me it needs a fuel pump. some other people told me the first early models like mine do not have fuel pumps. I think it is starving for fuel but than a friend of mine that likes Volkswagens engines had told me just may be I have the values adjusted to tight. Which means that is why it might not ideal. Right now I have made another fuel line to help the fuel flow to the carburetor. Hoping that will fix that problem. I am still looking for some part for the hand throttle to the carburetor or pictures for ideal to make these parts. Thanks.
