When the seller delivered it, there was a slight drip. He tightened the nut almost a full turn and the drip stopped. He kept talking and telling me how to shut off the gas buy turning this little valve here and....what's this? A nice, steady flow of gas starts running out and he can't stop it. And as we live like 14 million miles from nowhere, we had him top off the tank on the way out!
Fortunately the leak stopped for now. Have been sick this weekend so haven't even been outside, but don't even know if the valve is turned on or off at the moment.
Btw, planning on using this tractor to help build a new shop this year - not for farming. LOTS of projects once shop is done, but hoping some day to restore the old girl (the 460; not the wife!). :D
