Before attemting to replace the belt, be sure it is tight enough (there is adjustment left on the belt as long as the generator clears the radius arms)! I tighten mine with a long bar between the generator and the block and wrench it down while pressuring the generator outward. If the loader gets in the way of that, try snugging a cargo strap around the generator and retension the belt. Hope this helps!
