Another result of virtually unchecked immigration and job loss among American born citizens, when Mexicans take jobs they buy groceries and beer and send the rest of their money back down south of the border, what money they do spend here, wal-mart gets most of it, which they turn around and use to buy more shiploads of Chinese and East Asian consumer good and clothes. Asian and middle eastern immigrants are less prone to contribute to local economies than even the mex's, they buy next to nothing from anyone other than their own kind and they send the majority of their money back where they came from. This is nothing new, in a the last 50 years so called "guest workers" have decimated or severely impeded the economies of every country that adopted the strategy, think South Africa, Japan, Saudi Arabia, France and the list goes on. Unless immigrants fully assimilate, pay taxes and have economic ties stronger than a weekly paycheck to the communities they live in it will eventually lower our standard of living and stall our economy.
