Questions: Doesn't some medical professional have to sign off on the disability documents? Then, does't someone in authority (like a judge) have to approve it? And just because one can't lift 50lb. sacks of feed, doesn't mean they can not find other jobs, like working in a hardware store or as an administrator in an insurance office. Are the alternatives to disability fully explored? How much of this is mental "my job makes me nervous!!!!"?
As taxpayers we have a right to know the facts. Thanks for bringing it up.
