I'll fourth the blue parrot. The batteries have improved significantly over the last ten years. Mine will last a couple weeks easily. Hang it overhead on the shelf in the freightliner, or on the trailer brake knob in the Pete's. Bluetooth on in the phone, when it rings, just pop it on my ear and turn it on, and answer the call.
Boomless mics don't catch my voice, mini-booms I couldn't hear, they weren't loud enough. Went through a lot of different corded and Bluetooth ear pieces before the blue parrot came out.
I got the 250, online reviews of the 350 were unfavorable.
If your stereo has an auxiliary port, get a cord to plug your phone into it. Put the phone on speaker and the audio comes over your stereo speakers for a back-up.
