Was looking up the subject of Sulphur Blocks (that you could put out with the bucket on the FEL on your tractor) and noticed back in 2012 you responded to a question on the subject.
I have some new neighbors and they recently bought land and cattle. Land is only perimeter fenced and no cross fencing or holding facilities available yet. Folks are urban dwellers and come out 1-2 days a week. I'm trying to help them enjoy their new experience and offer what I have learned over the years. Cattle are young and not spooky, but not adapted to their new environment as yet. Will not come to a feed trough so that one could spray them while eating as yet.
I was always around my cattle and had the proper facilities for handling. Considering the above the cattle are already experiencing horn fly problems, especially on their ankles, as is the usual.
You have any cattle that you tend to on a weekly basis? What do you have in the way of fly protection?

The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
