The 27 I had was my second baler and had a thrower on it. I sold it for $400 about 40 years ago. It was a small farm baler and had it's own issues- IH knotters, and the feed head. You may want to check to see if CIH still carries feed fingers (made of plastic) and the slides that the feed carrier runs on. The fingers break, and the slides have to be replaced every so often.
