Farmall M prices

A dealer around here recently got in a 51 or 52
M Farmall. Narrow front, but has 3 pt. conversion. Fairly good shape. All tires but one look fairly new. Asking priceas usual around here was $2500. I was thinking $1800 was
reasonable. What do you guys think?
