I have rims on my one 300 utility that are the style with loops holding the rim to the stamped steel center. I would like to swap the rim to the other side of the loop. The bolts are beyond rusted and nut and bolt removal looks to be break them off by twisting or cut em with a torch or possibly a grinder with wafer wheel. I'm wanting to do it without dismounting the tire from rim. They are loaded and I would rather not have to screw with that. Any thoughts. I know the welding on rims topic has been beat to death but this seems different.
