My Son bought himself a mig welder so I thought I would be a "good" dad and build him a welding table....Pic 1 is the used steel-the top is from die storage racks from when I worked in a factory -- welded 2 together. They closed the plant after I quit and my neighbor worked maintance and pulled in my yard one night and said hook your trailer up. They were going to throw so much stuff in the steel dumpster--2 cents a pound we couldn't go wrong. It has been out back for 20 years, pitted and rusty but it cleaned up. The square tubing is from a old field cult. I junked out. Sandblasted it so it is almost like new steel. Pic 3--got legs and table welded together. Pic 5 welded nuts for vise mount.--painted table. Pic 6-7-8-9 are of a cabinet I bought at a consignment sale last week-measured it and cut it off with 4 in. wheel. Pic--10 drawer slides. The rest of the pics are of completed table. Weighs 610 lbs. Don't have much invested.----Tee
