That will be up to the rebuilder that supplies the booster unit. You may be able to buy it without the master cylinder, just have to do some research. I would start with online sources, like Rock Auto.
But something you may want to try is some Lucas power steering seal conditioner. Put it in the steering pump only, not in the master cylinder!
I've used it with good success. Had a 01 Silverado with 250,000 miles, leaking rack and pinion, it completely stopped the leak. Used it in the Ferguson TO35 power steering, it stopped the upper seal leak which I believe is original from 1960!
