The first thing you need to do is(CENTER) the steering box. Turn the steering wheel to one side until it stops. Turn it the other way and count the turns. Now turn it 1/2 way according to the amount of turns. This will have centered the gear box. Now you can adjust the side that is off with the drag link. You may need to do both sides. Once you do that both left and right will travel the same amount, and give you the same amount of turn angle.
