Hi grandpa, that's a wise decision, if your interested in that type of tractor the 1973 and newer models up thur 1984 are great tractors. The 1973 and on are referred to as the long hood models in 1975 they started the 3 point hitch not all have hydraulics but most will those yrs most have Kohler engines the Power Kings will have 14 hp or a 18 hp for a couple of yrs they offered a 16 hp B&S model the PK's had either 16" or 24" rear wheels.
That tractor you posted about does NOT have a hydraulic pump on it the round object on top of the bell-housing is a Starter/generator the hyd pump on those models were mount on the left side of the bell-housing.
