I like the patina. Here is my 1940 9n I bought from original owner. Most of the tractor is original. The aluminum grill was busted out and replaced in 1944 and the tires were changed out in the 1960's. The tractor is rusty but no rust thru except for the exhaust manifold which I have to replace. Some people may consider it an old rust bucket but I don't see it that way with my old eyes. I also have other rusty beauties.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
