Thought I would post back to thank everyone for there solutions, and let you know I did get it out by drilling it and picking the pieces out. I found a large center punch that just fit the hole to get started, I drilled a 1/4 inch hole first, it drilled easy enough, figured I didn't have anything to loose because I was going to have to tow the car ten miles to a welder. I tried a screw type ease out first, couldn't find the squared one I was looking for, but no go, so I drilled with a bigger bit, it got off a little because the ease out had mangled the end of the bolt, I may have lost some thread, but it held the bolt tight. Wish I had seen the alum trick first! That looked doable.
