Doesn't make sense. Just running low on oil should not have caused a lever to get stuck.
Also, what do you mean by "front" and "rear" hydraulics? The Super A does not have front or rear hydraulics. It only has middle hydraulics, under the gas tank.
The system should be self-priming, though you probably need to leave the cap off the fill hole to let air in. Keep working the levers slowly back and forth, and keep the fluid topped off. Make sure it didn't just blow the seal again and start pumping oil back into the crankcase.
If that doesn't work, then you will have to remove the hydraulic unit, take it apart, and figure out what went wrong.
