Put a bit over 2150 miles on the pickup over the weekend. Went down to Tyler Tx to see the daughters and grandkids. Wheat looked like dog dooo until we got down east of Childress TX, then didn't look to bad. Some corn up good enough I could tell it was corn. Girls are both GREAT. The oldest recently, within the last year, booted her WORTHLESS husband to the street. She looks and acts better then she has in 10 years. The youngest bought a new place since I had seen her, and her new place is COOL. 6 acres with LOTS of trees. Her hubby is kind of a GOOBER, but he makes GREAT money and now they are looking for a tractor to take care of their 6 acres. She has run tractors of every size, from a SC Case to a 4850 JD. He ran a baby Ford a week ago, and now he thinks he can run anything.LOL The grandkids range from 15, 12, 8, 3, and 2. All had fun either hiding Easter Eggs, or hunting them.
if you look me up on the membership map, I am 7 hours north west of where my pin is :)

Today's Featured Article - A Question for Dads This recent topic from the Tractor Talk discussion board is being highlighted because it is an awesome display of the caliber of individuals that have made this site their own. The young person asking questions received positive feedback and advice from total strangers who "told it like it is" with the care many reserve for their own kids. The advice is timeless... so although it isn't necessarily antique tractor related, it will be prominently displayed in our archives to honor those who have the courage to ask and those who have the courage to respond in an honest, positive manner.
