Why don't you start by replacing the front PTO shaft seal, (which doesn't require a split) then see what other leaks you have?
When you get someone to split it, be prepared to buy lots of $$$ parts, HOPEFULLY not, but there's a LOT of "wear parts" between the two clutches, and if it's seen a lot of hours, unfortunately it can get costly, or get a reman ($800 to $1200) plus traction plate and TO bearings.
The flywheel will need to be ground (if not "out of spec").
Replace the engine rear crankshaft seal.
If there's bad splines or the transmission front seal needs to be replaced, another split behind the clutch housing will be needed.
Probably NOT what you wanted to hear, and it may not be all that bad, but if planning to have it split you need to be prepared.
