Rebuilt carb on 1650 Oliver. Put it on tractor and would only run with choke about half way out. Screwed around with it yesterday afternoon same thing. Spent some time searching history on this site found one from Old that the ventura up side down will cause this. Took carb apart flipped ventura over started tractor adjusted carb and runs good. Thanks much
