I agree with some other comments to save what you can before it falls. If it's not yours, maybe the owner will let you take it apart while you can salvage the materials and use? It'll be easier and safer to work on while it's still standing and you'll get more useable wood out of it.
I was impressed with the main timbers that appear to be in good shape. Here on the east coast USA people pay ridiculous money for old weathered barn wood that they put around here and there for accents. I recently reclaimed a 12x12 main horiz support abt 15 feet long that was going in the trash. Old pine from a house built in the 1920s or earlier. Anyway, thanks again--if you take on the barn, be sure to get some friends to help!
