Hey guys, I like in the Albany area of NY. My friend is moving out of the area and is looking to unload his tractor, snowblower, 2 bottom plow and 3 pt log splitter. I offered him $500 but he wasn't willing to let me do him that favor. He asked me for an idea of value and the best way to sell.
He has until mid- July. I told him to go with craigslist asnournauction market on older machines has been weak lately. I also told him that a package is the way to go.
Tractor is a Case 500b gasser, runs well, new clutch, with loader. Snowblower is a McKee. Log splitter is kind of pictured. He does not know the make/model of the 2 bottom plow.
My guesses on value - $2k on tractor, $750 for blower, $500 splitter, $500 plow- package for $3500. Thoughts?
