Russ -- I put up one of those temporary tarp-like 12x20 buildings one winter to park the truck in. You're right about the ground moisture. First time I went out to the truck, moisture from the ground had vaporized in the now-warmer building and then iced up EVERYTHING inside. It was a mess! *lol*
