Yea the Industrial Organic folks have screwed up the name Organic,but whenever the Gov't gets involved thats the way it goes.The smart organic consumers are teamed up with local growers to buy from and could care less about the Gov't label.As with anything Buyer Beware as many farmers in the USA have no problem lying about what and how they do things.For the most part organic consumers are better educated than the average person and they can spot a fraud at a half mile away,but if you give them what they want,be honest with them they're will to pay a premium for it.
