These are all good replies. I have been working on it in my spare time and I am starting to think the pump or motor is bad as JD Seller suggested. The hose was made locally and perhaps there were some rubber shavings in the hose that made their way into the pump or motor. There is a return line from each pump that comes up and enters the top of the reservoir. The return line from the side that doesn't work has a stream of fluid coming into the reservoir but there are air pockets coming through also. How could it be sucking air like that? I have taken off all of the suction lines are they are in excellent condition upon visual inspection. Again, 1 reservoir with two pump and one pump and wheel motor are still working perfectly. I guess I am going to take the pump off and check it out on the bench to see if I can see anything. Thanks for your help!

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
