I have no first hand experience with the Cruze diesel but it is being well received by the automotive media.
I would not buy a diesel passenger cay myself for multiple reasons but the Cruze seems a logical choice for one so inclined.
I often wondered how VW seemed to always obtain higher EPA mileage figures for their diesel cars than anyone else did, knowing that their engineers were no better than those of other manufacturers. We now know.
