Antifreeze is not a good idea. Its not the dogs fault his owners won't do anything about it. And you may just end up poisoning some other animal instead of the intended dog. I would warn the owners one more time to keep him off your property or your calling the actual law enforcement. If the problem continues after, I would follow through with my threat and do just that. You might not have a dog catcher in your area, but I would bet there is laws and regulations about letting dogs run at large in your area if you checked into it.
