You may have to look at laws in your area and serve a peace bond/restraining order. Then take legal action. On a side note one fellow had this problem and had cut his hand in a farm accident "neighbors dog came over" and there was a scuffle and dog bit him. So he sued the neighbor. Took care of that problem!!!!
