sounds like you carburator is stopped up...there are idle passages that have to be cleaned...heat and remove all the plugs and clean those...also you will have to remove the main jet and clean the accelerating holes....there's a lot to this procedure...may want to check Green magazine and ship it to Robert's carburator...he's excellent....
