Make sure you check the spindle size before you order hubs as there are 2 different ones. I just ordered a 7k axle with brakes and u-bolts and the price came to just over $400.00 from redneck. As I said before, if you decide to change axles and tires make sure you have clearance under the bed. In my experience, if you are going to do much modifying it is usually cheaper to sell what you have and start new. The cost to make all the changes is just too high. 2 axles at 250 ea 4 brakes at 50, 4 u-bolts kits at 25, likely a suspension kit at 100 and 4 tires at 150, rims at 100 and you have nearly 2,000.00 in an old trailer. Used wheels and tires will save some, but you still get nothing for your labor. And if you have to add a spacer to raise the bed to cllear the tires you can add a couple hundred more. I'm all for a project and have no problem helping however I can, just make sure you add all the costs so your not surprised.

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
