Good for you - do not let anyone discourage you. I lost 85 pounds in 90 days and was a bit disappointed it wasn't more, but I am still going down. I eat half a grilled chicken breast in the evening, alternating every other day with two 90% lean grilled burger patties on the other evenings.
The next 50 will go slower than the first 50, but it is good to just get rid of it as fast as you can. You will feel so much better you can get more exercise and that will make it easier to keep it off.
By the way my physician suggested this zero carb, high protein diet and agrees I am dong this the best way.
