One other thought about organizing photos...
I name them by date AND subject matter. For example: 2017 09_23 plow day
Naming photos with the year/month/day... keeps them in the order that you actually took the photos. Adding the subject matter at the end... allows you to search for them by subject matter.
NOTE: You can name a huge number of photos at the same time. You will end up with files named the same - but the computer will automatically add a number in parenthesis behind each file to differentiate the files. 2017 09_23 plow day (1) 2017 09_23 plow day (2) 2017 09_23 plow day (3)... etc.
Sometimes I am renaming 250-350 files all at once. Just click on the first photo you wish to rename, so it is highlighted/selected... Then HOLD-DOWN your shift key, then use your right-arrow and/or down-arrow key to continue selecting all the photos you want to rename. Then right-click on the first photo... and select Rename from the drop-down menu. Now type your new file name into the box that appears - then after typing file name in, hit Enter. All selected photos get renamed the same with the number in parenthesis at the end.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
