I've purchased belts from them several times. The quality is good, the prices great, but don't expect a reply, acknowledgement, or tracking number when you order. The belts may show up in a few days, or a few weeks. An email questioning the status of the order is routinely ignored. The only way to find out what is going on is to call their toll-free number.
