Yup. But they don't need them. Its just more on their bottom line. I just think its poor policy to hand out tax money.
No city tax here, only a couple cities in the state are allowed to levy a sales tax. And the wall mart is right off the expressway, so folks don't go thru town at all. I don't hate wall mart, I go there occasionaly, I just think that if they need a subsidy to locate somewhere, they probably wont locate there....The problem is, everybody hands out subsidies, so the locals figure they gotta play the game. I.E. "Hate the game, not the player"! :D
