The price is on the high end of the scale, but if the track system is as good as you say and the winch operates as it should, and overall condition, paint/sheet metal, etc. are all good it is worth that money. I would look over the blade frame closely for cracks and/or welding repairs. That would be an indicator of how hard a life it had. You didn't mention if it was gas or diesel, or anything about how well the engine starts and runs. Don't expect it to be a CAT D8 machine though. It won't push out large trees, but it will be very handy to maintain a sugar bush. We have used Case 310 dozers on the farm and in the sugar bush for years. Loren
