I posted this at the other thread where you asked the same question. In theory, if you had the SAE engine adapter that I think Deere used to make the little Detroit Diesels fit into the 440s, you could bolt the following engines into a 2010. Note that is just the engine mounting. Matching flywheels and shafts is a different story.
hose little Detroits never had Deere bolt patterns. I suppose Deere used an adapter to make them fit, but cannot say I recall. Detroit 2-53, 3-53, and 3-53 comes with an generic SAE-4 bolt-pattern
So if you have an SAE-adapter from a diesel two-cylinder Deere, in theory - the following engines will fit since these have the same SAE-4 pattern as the Detroits.
