okay ... so after finally getting up and running and adjusting the tucker fingers as people here last told me i've got a knotter issue again
so once i was running i got a good 400 bales, with minimal problems
but the last 200 bales i was getting a slipped knot ... at least thats what it looks like ... every 20 or so bales ......... then it became every 5 bales i would get this 'slip'
so what it is is .... when you look at the #1 string (on top) has no knot in it and the #3 string (that has come up from the bottom of the bale) has a lose knot
the ends are cut perfectly
i have adjusted the tucker fingers ... more tight, more loose ... cause honestly i dont know what the difference is one way or the other
i have put more tension on the twine disk holders
i put more and and less tension on the billhook tension
nothing is working and i'm out of ideas and i have about 500 bales down to get baled in the next few days before cutting again
hopefully someone here can direct me to what to do or look at, thanks again

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
