From eastern OH- knee high is a left over from days gone by. Usually its at least waist high on the 4th. This year, not so good. Probably 15% waist high, 50% knee high, and 35% less than knee high. this is one of the worst corn growth stages at July 4th I can remember in awhile, and its not drought related. Basically too much moisture delaying planting.
