IH 1086 PTO Cover

I'm trying to remove the PTO cover on my 1086. I
removed all the bolts and the cover slides back about
1/2 inch but will go no further. Can anyone tell me
what is holding the darn thing on. I need to
replace the two shaft seals.

I've ordered a manual but it has not come in yet.
