Mine's 40x100 with 10 foot bays. I went with 16 foot sidewalls,but you'd be way better off with 18. My barn has settled in the ground over the years. I can only get them 4 high in about half of it now. It's build on just a slight slope,probably 18 inches lower ground on one end. I laid down the old blue tarps that I used to use to cover stacks,then put a thin layer of gravel over it. I don't know that I'd change anything except to make it 2 feet higher. You saw the Worksaver BaleHand that I use to stack didn't you?
