I am 57 years old. Starting restoring cars when I was 16 years old. Had a smog and installers license Cal. at age of 18 years old gave it up in two years because of parents where against it. Parents where against me taking trade school and had to drop Automobile mechanic trades because of having to work for living. Instead became a Custodian for a school District but still kept on in Restoring old cars like G.M. products and Fords. Than in 1994 went in to tractors and fell in love with them. I am now retired from the School District and plan to roll in to full time tractor restoration work. Every thing I have learned on tractors have been hands on and some times doing it the hard way. but I have learned a lot for this web site and the books I buy and read. I enjoy this yesterday tractors site.
