This spring I had a friend cal land say hey we have a road kill deer do you want it. I said sure why not so they loaded it up and brought it to me. Said a state trooper had told them all the pager work was done and no worries about it. I called Conservation and they told me the State trooper had done t all wrong so the would send me the paper work to make it legal. I then called the troopers head quarters and told them flat out you best teach your people what is and what is not legal before you get people in trouble for breaking the laws because you cannot get it right. Sad how many who are suppose to enforce the law have no clue about the law
