I kinda like your post. I am now retired and don't even own a tractor any more. I used to go to shows all over, Like Mt. Pleasant, Rolag, Portland and so on as I drove truck all over and could get to many shows. I was never treated badly by staff of any show I ever went too. I don't care if a guy spends 5000 dollars to paint his tractor. If I like it I will look at it. Heck I would really enjoy walking around Sweetfeet's old Regular on a Sunday afternoon and would most likely really enjoy it. My biggest gripe at the shows is the kids running wild with hoped up lawn tractors and golf carts . The old woman darn near got mowed down and just barely jumped clear of a stupid kid going like 60 and he laughed at her. And as she jumped clear of that one another one came along and splashed her as she stepped aside and he laughed at her. She has not been to another show. and I don't go very much any more. So that's my big gripe. Yes I was a kid once many years ago and I ran the tar out of the old mans pick up every time he wasn't looking and every time he caught me I wished I had not done it. And I didn't splash old ladies and try to run them down.
