The lilies are on their way out. Had lots of really pretty ones this year. Flowers really liked the wet spring and summer. Had a flock of Ravens land at the top of the field across the road that I keep mowed. We never used to see them on this side of the valley. Just Crows, but last couple of years we are seeing many more of them. We have a hen & chick plant that has the biggest bloom stalk that I have ever seen. It is about 18" tall. The bird like creatures you see are my shovel bellied scrap suckers. As the name infers, made from old shovels and scrap pipe and rebar. As you may remember, I took out a water feature and gold fish pond out of the front yard and reconfigured the stone wall and then seeded it down to grass and white clover. The clover really did well, as seen in first pic. Our next and last display of color will be the Black Eyed Susans It's over cast and trying to rain this morning, so I'm in here posting. Loren
