Nice to see a M. Ward & Co. mixer. At some point they all ditched those cast beams.
I've seen a few over the years, if one looks long enough, chances are good.
I found an old sears mixer, cast iron beam, drum with no concrete in it, not even a dent. The owner cleaned it correctly after every use. The seller was his, he showed me a big patio his dad built using the mixer I bought from him. Still had the old GE motor on it in working condition. Same frame as yours, same wheels too.
Just like Larry says, run some gravel it will shine up inside.
