Just to add to what the others have said with a bit more info. Back in the days as in the 1930s the great depression money was tight and the old tractor back then could be made to run on other things then gas. John Deere called there tractors All Fuel and they would run on many things. I have a 1935 JD B that is an all fuel and I have run it on Kerosene, diesel/gas and even a mix of vegetable oil and gas. Back in the day gas was high priced and many other things where less then half of what gas was so they ran them on what ever they could that was the cheapest to run them on. IH/Farmall called there duel fuel because JD had the term all fuel
