no its not unbolt and rebolt... its getting the timing set. usually 2 clicks on the mag. then open choke and she starts. the W30 is a walk in the park to start. try cranking the WD40 .. you will find out fast if you got the oomph to pull that crank. mine starts on the 3 rd pull. which is a good thing otherwise you will be beat fast! its pretty much all you can pull on that crank. my W12 is like winding a clock. once started it starts with one mag click also. a magneto and crank on a tractor is a wonderful thing.
