You still have not stated which transmission option your tractor has. Obviously that's somewhat critical in locating your problem. I'm no Deere expert by any means, but I did work on two just in past few weeks for starting circuit problems. Both were gear drive, not powershift. Both only had one neutral switch located in the rockshaft housing just below the seat. After purchasing and studying numerous Deere technical manuals, wiring diagrams etc, what I learned was that in both cases the start signal doesn't actually pass through the neutral switch. There are two start relays between the key switch and the starter. The first is controlled by the ignition circuit through the neutral switch and is energized whenever the switch is on and the trans is in neutral. The second is powered from the key switch start position. When both relays are energized at the same time battery power is then supplied to the starter solenoid. Both relays were in or behind the dash area.
