Youngest son came up this morning with his saws and we went to the woods to block the firewood logs that I have been skidding to a landing this past week. We made sawdust for about 5 hours less a lunch break. I'm starting to feel a little old. Scott is 46, and his sister turned 49 today. The oldest son is 51. I am judging that we have about 6 cord blocked and ready to be split. The only reason that I took the 430 and splitter up was to use the gin pole with winch on it to pull logs out of the piles that I bucked up with the loader on my Kubota. We had a great day together. Got home about 3:00 and got to talk on the phone with several YT friends, and wifey and I enjoyed the evening out in the enclosed patio with a fire in the fireplace and some grilled burgers for supper. GEEE it hasn't even rained yet today. Loren
